We process orders as quickly as possible. In most cases, your order is processed and prepared for shipment the same or next business day.

Free Shipping
At BuryOutlet, you always benefit from free shipping within the Netherlands and Belgium. No minimum order value applies.

Shipping & Track & Trace
Once your order has been shipped, you will automatically receive an email with a Track & Trace code. This allows you to easily follow your package.

Haven’t received an email? Please also check your spam or promotions folder.

Delivery Time
The average delivery time is 3 to 7 days.

In exceptional situations, such as busy periods or holidays, delivery may take slightly longer. You can always track the status of your order via the Track & Trace link.

Check Your Address Details
Please ensure that your address details are correct and complete when placing your order.

We ship based on the information you provide. Incorrect or incomplete details may result in delays or failed delivery.

Canceling an Order
Because orders are processed quickly, cancellation is not always possible.

You do have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it. Please refer to our return policy for more information.

Package Marked as Delivered but Not Received?
In this case, please wait 48 hours first. Sometimes a package is delivered later than indicated.

Still nothing received? Contact us via info@buryoutlet.nl. We will assist you and start an investigation if necessary.

Uncollected or Refused Packages
If a package is not collected from a pickup point or is refused, the carrier may process it without automatically returning it to us.

In this case, a refund is not possible. However, we will always work with you to find a suitable solution.

No Updates in Tracking
If you do not see updates in your Track & Trace for an extended period, there may be a delay.

If updates remain unavailable, contact us and we will look into it and resolve the issue.
