Return Policy

 

We aim to keep returns as simple and clear as possible. If you are not satisfied with your order or would like to return a product, please contact us first at info@buryoutlet.nl. In many cases, we can assist you faster or find a suitable solution together.


Return Conditions

Return Period
You can return your order up to 28 days after receiving it.

This works as follows:

  • Within 14 days of receiving your order, notify us by email at info@buryoutlet.nl that you wish to return an item.
  • After this notification, you have an additional 14 days to send the product back.
  • Once we have received the product in good condition at the return address, we will process your refund.

Condition of the Product

To qualify for a full refund, the following conditions apply:

  • The product must be undamaged
  • The product must be returned, as far as reasonably possible, in its original condition and packaging
  • Products that are damaged, used, or incomplete may not be eligible for a full refund

Did your product arrive damaged? Please report this as soon as possible, preferably within 24 hours of delivery, via info@buryoutlet.nl, including clear photos.


Trackable Returns

We recommend always sending returns using a trackable shipping method.

Important:

  • Always keep your proof of shipment
  • Without proof of shipment or delivery, we cannot initiate an investigation in case of loss
  • We are not responsible for returns that are lost or damaged during transit

Return Procedure

Step 1: Register your return
Send an email to info@buryoutlet.nl and include:

  • Your order number
  • Which product you want to return
  • Clear photos in case of damage or defects

Step 2: Complete the return form
Download the return form, fill it out, and include it in your return shipment. This helps us process your return quickly and correctly.

Step 3: Package the product carefully
Use the original packaging if possible, or another sturdy box. Ensure the product is well protected during shipping.

Step 4: Send your return
Ship the package using a carrier of your choice. Return shipping costs are at your own expense. We strongly recommend using a track & trace service.

Step 5: Refund
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will refund the purchase amount within 14 business days via the original payment method.


Items Not Eligible for Return

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Custom-made or personalized products
  • Hygiene products such as underwear, lingerie, or personal care items if opened or used
  • Products returned damaged or incomplete
  • Returns submitted outside the return period

Who Pays for Return Shipping?
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. BuryOutlet does not reimburse return shipping costs.


Responsibility During Shipping
Until the return shipment has arrived at our return address in the Netherlands, it remains the responsibility of the sender. Therefore, we strongly recommend always using track & trace and keeping your proof of shipment.
