Terms and Conditions
Article 1 – Definitions
In these terms, the following definitions apply:
Cooling-off period
The period within which the consumer can exercise the right of withdrawal.
Consumer
A natural person who is not acting in the course of a profession or business.
Day
Calendar day.
Right of withdrawal
The possibility for the consumer to withdraw from the agreement within the cooling-off period.
Entrepreneur
BuryOutlet, operating under Home Schoonmaak.
Distance contract
An agreement concluded via the internet or other forms of remote communication.
Article 2 – Identity of the Entrepreneur

This address is not a return address. Return instructions are provided via the return page or by email.
Article 3 – Applicability
These terms and conditions apply to every offer made by BuryOutlet and to every agreement between BuryOutlet and the consumer.
By placing an order, the consumer agrees to these terms and conditions.
Article 4 – The Offer
The offer contains a clear description of the products.
Images and product information provide the most accurate representation possible. Minor deviations in color, size, or finish may occur and do not entitle the consumer to compensation.
Obvious errors or mistakes in the offer are not binding on BuryOutlet.
Article 5 – The Agreement
The agreement is concluded when the consumer places an order and it is confirmed by BuryOutlet.
BuryOutlet reserves the right to refuse orders or impose additional conditions where necessary.
Article 6 – Right of Withdrawal
The consumer has the right to cancel the order up to 14 days after receiving it, without giving any reason.
After notifying the return, the consumer has an additional 14 days to return the product.
During the cooling-off period, the consumer must handle the product with care. The product may only be used to the extent necessary to assess it.

Article 7 – Costs of Return
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the consumer, unless:
- The product is defective
- The wrong product was delivered
Refunds are processed within 14 days after the product is received or proof of shipment has been provided.
Article 8 – Exclusion of Right of Withdrawal
Returns are not accepted for:
- Personalized products
- Hygiene products where the seal has been broken
- Products that are no longer in original condition
If a product is returned damaged or used, a reduction in value may be applied.
Article 9 – Extended Return Period
BuryOutlet applies a maximum return period of 28 days:
- Notify within 14 days
- Return within 14 days
Returns outside this period will not be accepted.
Article 10 – Prices and Import Costs
All prices include VAT unless stated otherwise.
BuryOutlet may ship products from international warehouses, including locations outside the European Union.
BuryOutlet generally ships orders on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis. This means that import duties, VAT, and customs clearance fees are typically paid by BuryOutlet.
As a result, the consumer should not incur additional charges upon delivery.
If, in exceptional cases, VAT, import duties, or customs fees are charged, the consumer can report this via info@buryoutlet.nl with proof of payment.
After verification, BuryOutlet will reimburse these costs.
Article 11 – Warranty and Conformity
BuryOutlet guarantees that products comply with the agreement and perform as reasonably expected.
The warranty does not apply in cases of:
- Improper use
- Damage caused by the consumer
- Normal wear and tear
In the case of a defective product, BuryOutlet will provide an appropriate solution, such as replacement or refund.
Article 12 – Delivery and Execution
Orders are processed on the same or next business day.
The average delivery time is a few business days, depending on the product and shipping location.
Orders may be shipped from multiple warehouses, including international locations.
BuryOutlet generally ships on a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) basis, meaning the consumer should not incur additional charges upon delivery.
If charges are applied, the consumer can request reimbursement from BuryOutlet (see Article 10).
The consumer is responsible for providing correct delivery details.
If a package cannot be delivered due to incorrect address information, BuryOutlet cannot be held liable.
The risk of damage or loss remains with BuryOutlet until the moment of delivery.
Article 13 – Payment
Payment is made via the available payment methods during checkout.
BuryOutlet reserves the right to refuse certain payment methods or set additional conditions.
Article 14 – Complaints
Complaints must be submitted within a reasonable time via info@buryoutlet.nl.
BuryOutlet will handle complaints within 14 days and provide an appropriate solution.
Article 15 – Disputes
All agreements are governed by Dutch law.
Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
Consumers may also use the European ODR platform.
